The traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is our most glorified product: its color is dark brown, deep and bright. It appears dense and syrupy, and its taste is pleasantly aromatic. It can be added to any dish or used as a way to end a meal. A few viscous, inky drops will elevate everythingit touches-from strawberries to cheese, entrees, sauces and vegetables. We also offer an "extra old" variant, which must undergo a 12-year aging process. It is an exlixir to be sipped at the end of a meal. The product is enshrined in an elegant gift box.
