January 17, 2010 Sabatino is proud to present its fantastic booth at the Winter Fancy Food Show in San Francisco! As usual...a success! October 14, 2009 Autism Speaks held its Third Annual Gala to raise money to fund scientific research, autism advocacy and awarness. Sabatino Truffles participated in this event with a donation that contributed to raising over 1.15 million dollars for the cause. It was a successful event! September 20-22, 2009 Star Chefs.com, 2009 International Chefs Congress. Sabatino Truffle will be raffling .50 lb. of Fresh White Truffles for the 4th Annual ICC. This is going to be a culinary event not to miss! September 12, 2009 Experience Umbria at Westchester ITALIAN Cultural Center in Tuckahoe, N.Y. Sabatino will be bringing a bit of Italy to the cultural center with some sampling of sliced black summer truffles and truffle honey. July, 2009 We currently are in the process of expanding our production facility and warehouse. We took over the warehouse next door to us, which gives us an additional 14,000 sq. feet. There will be a new test kitchen for Chefs and additional office space. June, 2009 Summer Fancy Food Show 09" at the Jacob Javitz center was quite a hit!
